Service and operator

Business Naming at business-naming.com and namensgenerator.de are services provided by NameRobot GmbH. Full company and contact details are available in the legal notice.

The free generator creates name suggestions from the words you enter and an optional industry selection. Industry guides and naming articles provide additional examples and practical guidance. No user account is required for the free name search. Using it does not start a paid subscription.

Name suggestions and third-party rights

Generated suggestions and editorial examples are starting points for your naming process. They may coincide with names already in use and are not exclusive. Displaying a name does not confirm its uniqueness, legal availability or eligibility for protection.

The free generator does not include a conclusive check of trademarks, name rights, business identifiers or other third-party rights. It does not provide a binding assessment of a suggestion's suitability for a particular project and does not replace individual legal advice.

Before using a name, check whether it may be used for your intended purpose and whether third-party rights could prevent that use. Depending on your plans, qualified legal assistance may be appropriate. Generating a suggestion does not grant you rights in names already protected or used by third parties.

Domain checks and other products

The domain check displays technical information about potential domain availability. This information may change. An available status does not reserve or register a domain and does not confirm compliance with trademark or name rights.

Links to domain registration and other services such as NameScore, Naming Toolbox, Namefruits or Trademarkly lead to the relevant product or provider websites. Those sites explain their services, any applicable prices and their respective terms. An order or registration there is separate from the free name search.

Use the service in accordance with applicable law and the rights of others. Only enter content you are entitled to use. Do not circumvent security measures or technical usage restrictions, or deliberately disrupt the service.

Interactive features require a supported browser, an internet connection and JavaScript. Maintenance, technical problems or changes to connected services may temporarily affect individual features. Uninterrupted availability at all times is not promised.
